Please power the monitor to achieve optimal brightness and avoied screen flickering after connect your smartphone. The monitor does not turn on after connecting to the device. When connecting a high-power device, such as a gaming device or some smartphones, the monitor will not turn on due to insufficient power supply after connecting. Please connect the monitor's original power adapter to obtain stable power supply. How do I use the monitor if my device does not have a fully functional USB-C port? 1.
