Remap Any Key on Web Browser Simply connect the Q6 Max to your device with a cable, open the Keychron Launcher on the Chromium-based web browser, drag and drop to remap any of your favorite keys or macros on any system (macOS, Windows, or Linux) for a fluid workflow. The Launcher does not load tons of CPU and memory usage as it doesn't require software download or installation, even for firmware upgrades. Chromium-based web browser examples: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera. Does NOT support Safari and Firefox. The saved keymap will stick with the Q6 Max's onboard memory. You can even create your keymap with open-sourced QMK firmware. Double-Gasket Design The Double Gasket Design is a new innovative structure in the industry. In addition to the gaskets on the plates, we added silicone pads between the top and bottom cases to significantly reduce the acoustic resonance between the metals and reduce the noise of the impacted metals. You can hot-swap every switch on the Q6 Max with almost all of the 3pin and 5pin MX style mechanical switches on the market (including Cherry, Gateron, Kailh, Panda, etc.) without soldering required. You can customize your own typing experience in seconds. Suitable for All Devices Built with the Mac users’ experience in mind while still retaining compatibility for Windows devices, the Q6 Max comes with a system toggle and an additional set of customized keycaps for both Windows and macOS systems. You can now save two different layouts on the keyboard, one for each system.
